If you are planning to construct a residential structure, remodel, shop, etc. or a commercial structure in the City of Post Oak Bend, you must submit a completed permit application packet and submit related fees.

Incomplete application packets will not be accepted, or reviewed without all required documentation and contractor registration in place.  Please email the City with any questions postoakbendcity@gmail.com. Fee Schedules will be provided after packet submission.

Building Inspections: Inspections are currently being conducted by third party contractor:
