A building permit is required BEFORE
any new home or other construction can begin. A building fee of $100.00 is currently required. Payment must
be made to Post Oak Bend and provided to the City Secretary. Click on the Building Permit Form and download.
The Community Center can be rented for birthday
parties, anniversarys, wedding receptions, baby showers and family celebrations. A deposit of $100.00 is required and
a fee of $100.00 for four (4) hours. *Includes one hour for decoration and one hour for clean-up. Please print
and complete the form, contact City and/or Secretary.
